I am working with individual contributors, executives and CEOs
in tech, consulting, VC as well as start-ups such as:
"Everyone needs a coach."
"One characteristic common to all high performing individuals, from executives to athletes, is the fact that they all have a coach.
Yet, surprisingly in business nearly two-thirds of executives outside the leading-edge innovators of the world don’t. In fact the majority of individuals over 60% are embarrassed to consider, let alone ask for coaching. “Why do you need coaching? What’s wrong with you?". In our experience the people that seek coaching aren’t the ones with something wrong with them. To the contrary, there’s something very right about them — and it’s enabling them to leap ahead." Global Head of Facilitation
"I'm a big Julia fan. I like to describe her as an exec coach meets therapist. A peer of mine recently asked if I went on vacation to 'optimize' my life. Really, a big part of it has been my sessions with Julia. The work we do together allows me to tap into the why of the behaviors that aren't serving me and stressing me out. Since working with Julia, I am prioritizing slowing down, waking up earlier, saying no more (in a way that serves everyone) and am just generally more mindful about how I approach work and life."
Head of Customer Engineering
"As a result of working with Julia she taught me to take back control of my time and change my mindset with regards to where I derive my value at work. These small tweaks resulted in exponential growth in my career and overall mental health. Julia's intimate knowledge of working with high performing individuals coupled with her expertise and passion to invest in others resulted in my 1 hour per week with her to be my most fruitful hour every week."
Product Support Manager
"In addition to Julia's high-EQ abilities, she's able to approach sessions in a structured way that leverages relevant well-known frameworks (psychological, career, etc.) and tools that aim for tangible results."

"Julia helped me immensely by asking the right questions and providing the tools to uncover the most meaningful path forward in my career. She is an excellent listener with the ability to empathize, balanced by her ability to challenge me when necessary. The career coaching that we did together provided the clarity and direction I needed to pivot in my career."
"Julia has pushed me to dig into multiple parts of my life- both career and non-career related. While she takes her work very seriously she has an incredibly calming presence and is thoughtful with each question and exercise she suggests. Her approach to coaching has been instrumental in helping me decide my next career steps, while simultaneously providing me with tools for self-improvement."
"Julia's unique experience (she is a former Googler, Yoga teacher and qualified Coach, fluent in German, English and French) really helped to create a great connection between us and enabled her to emphasize with my situation like no other coach. I already notice results by implementing little changes into my routine as recommended by Julia.
Coaching is an intimate relationship. Before making commitment to work together, we need to get to know each other, determine what you need and what I can provide, and see if there is a good rapport between us.

Frequently Asked Questions
This is my first time working with a coach! What is coaching, exactly? What should I expect?
Coaching is a professional partnership in which we work together to clarify areas that you would like to improve and work toward achieving your desired outcomes in those areas. Coaching is distinct from consulting in that I will help you come up with your own answers rather than advising. It is different from therapy in that we will address any obstacles that keep you from achieving your goals, but we will not engage in therapy or any psychological area that requires training and licensing.
Can I book only 1 or 2 hours?
Yes, if you need quick help or a refresher, I can offer the following:
When can we start working together?
It depends on my availability and how many clients I am currently working with. I usually only take on 4-5 new clients per year.
How long does it take to complete coaching?
It totally depends on you and your progress. For some of my clients 10 sessions are sufficient to get them on track. With my highest performing clients, I am working on a consistent basis throughout the year, to always help them review their progress, highlight their blind spots and support them through ups and downs in their career (and personal life!).
